(the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site or engage our services.
Somos Pillars Capital Inc. is a registered C-Corporation incorporated in the United States, with its principal registered office at 211 W 19th St, Suite 103, Cheyenne, WY 82001. The Company provides business consulting services focused on commercial real estate entity structuring, capital deployment strategy, and portfolio infrastructure advisory.

All pricing is denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Published pricing is fixed and inclusive of all service fees. No setup fees, onboarding fees, or undisclosed charges apply.
A binding consulting engagement is established only upon written confirmation from the Company via email, following the Client's submission of a service inquiry and acceptance of a service agreement. Submission of the contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. Engagements commence only after full payment has been received and confirmed via Stripe.
The Company provides business consulting advisory services. Nothing contained in our deliverables, communications, or published materials constitutes legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, or securities guidance. Clients are responsible for seeking independent legal, tax, and investment counsel as appropriate for their specific circumstances.
All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Somos Pillars Capital Inc. and is protected under applicable copyright law. Client-specific deliverables produced under a consulting engagement are licensed to the Client for internal operational use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of proprietary deliverables is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Somos Pillars Capital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total cumulative liability to any Client arising from any consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client to the Company in connection with the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment platform. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Our Site may use standard browser cookies to enhance user experience and analyze Site traffic. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, certain Site functionality may be limited as a result.

The following services are offered as one-time, fixed-fee engagements:
A full refund of the applicable one-time fee is available to the Client under the following condition:
Once preliminary consultation or assessment work has commenced — including but not limited to preliminary research, document review, internal scoping, or any scheduled or conducted consultation session — the one-time engagement fee is non-refundable.
"Commenced" means that any substantive work activity has been initiated by the Company in connection with the Client's engagement, as determined by the Company's internal engagement logs.
The Capital Deployment & Operational Consulting Retainer is billed on a recurring monthly basis at $1,500.00 per billing cycle. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Clients who cancel their subscription mid-cycle will retain access to services through the end of the paid billing period, but no partial-month refund will be issued.
See Section 4 (Cancellation Provisions) for full cancellation terms.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@somospillarscapital.com. Refund requests must include the Client's full name, company name, the service engaged, the date of payment, and the reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within five (5) to ten (10) business days of refund approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We encourage Clients to contact us directly at info@somospillarscapital.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their card issuer. We are committed to resolving all billing concerns promptly and in good faith.
The Capital Deployment & Operational Consulting Retainer ($1,500.00/month) is a month-to-month subscription engagement. There is no long-term contract, no lock-in period, and no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.
Clients may cancel their monthly retainer at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email to info@somospillarscapital.com. Cancellation requests must include the Client's full name, company name, and a statement of intent to cancel the retainer subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current active billing period in which the cancellation request is received. The Client will retain full access to the retainer services through the end of the paid billing period. No charges will be applied to the Client's payment method following the cancellation effective date.
Example: If a Client's billing cycle runs from the 1st to the 31st of each month, and a cancellation request is received on the 15th, the cancellation will take effect on the 31st. The Client retains access through the 31st and no further charges are applied thereafter.
Somos Pillars Capital Inc. does not impose any early termination fee, cancellation penalty, or administrative charge for canceling a monthly retainer subscription at any time.
One-time consulting engagements (Entity Structuring Consultation and Portfolio Infrastructure Assessment) are not subscription-based and are therefore not subject to recurring billing cancellation provisions. Refund eligibility for one-time engagements is governed exclusively by Section 3 (Refund Policy) of these policies.
If a Client wishes to halt a one-time engagement after work has commenced, no refund will be issued. The Company will deliver all completed work product to the Client at the stage of completion reached at the time of the halt request.
